We deliver to all of mainland UK, with some exceptions in Argyll and the Northern Highlands (postcodes are listed at the bottom of the page).

How our delivery service works

Deliveries are handled by the logistics company DPD. We deliver the parcels to them on the night before your delivery.

On the morning of your delivery day, DPD will text you the 1 hour slot when your delicious seafood will be delivered. If you are not home during that slot, do not worry! You can instruct the driver to leave your box somewhere else, like your front door or with your favorite neighbor.

If you want to easily track your order and contact the driver, we recommend that you download the DPD app.

How the order arrives

Your order will arrive in a temperature-controlled box with icepacks. Your fresh products will arrive chilled and your frozen products should arrive frozen.

While in transit, certain items might get slightly defrosted but should arrive in a state which is still safe to freeze.

If your food arrives completely defrosted, or if you feel unsure whether the product is fine or not, please give us a call. We are here to help!

Freshly sourced and shipped on next day delivery

We will source the items you ordered and pack them on the day before your delivery date. The product is properly packed with a specialized temperature-controlled box and plenty of icepacks tested to last for up to 48 hours. All orders are shipped on next day delivery and DPD is instructed to dispose of all parcels not delivered on the next day.
